The Edified Capitalist Platform.

Over the past 50 years, various complex and uncontrollable factors have significantly impacted the American workforce. Technological and digital advances have transformed industries, displacing specific jobs while creating new opportunities in tech-driven fields. However, the globalization of the job
market has perhaps been the most influential factor, leading to the offshoring of manufacturing jobs and increased competition from international labor forces. The increasing importance of investment in higher education, requiring specific skills for employment, has further altered the job landscape. These changes have led to growing disparities in income and have influenced job stability, career planning, and the ability to move up, contributing to the decline of the middle class since the late 1970s.

The disparities in income did not occur because the workforce did not follow the job market's ongoing requirements; they happened because of the corporatist profit-maximizing policy of keeping employees subordinate and forcing them to use the new technological advancements and digital technology to create a global job market. Despite these challenges, the American workforce has shown remarkable resilience, adapting to these new requirements and contributing to the economy.

By integrating labor markets worldwide, American employers can now easily find cheaper labor in different parts of the world, ignoring American employees at all employment levels.

Consequently, in today’s American job market, employees are not only paid lower wages but also must accept a higher risk of losing their jobs to foreign employees willing to work for lower wages. Given the rising costs and time commitment associated with higher education, coupled with the increased risks of traditional employment compared to freelancing or contracting, pursuing a career solely as an employee is not advisable.

In the United States, individuals fulfill society’s needs based on national customs, laws, and government systems. However, when the complex interplay between individuals' values and the sociopolitical and economic environment ignores the larger workforce population, it becomes crucial for citizens to form associations with a collective value system for their benefit. This shared responsibility is the driving force behind the development of a grassroots democratic movement, which led us to create the Edified
Capitalist Platform.

This platform is structured to act as a hub by facilitating collaboration, idea sharing, rapid prototyping, and access to a broader pool of knowledge and expertise with customers, both internally and externally. To attract more professionals to this platform, innovative ideas for creating new products and services useful for consumers worldwide will be rewarded.
