What We Do

The Edified Capitalists Institute was established to create pathways for a well-lived Life for the educated and skilled workforce.

The Edified Capitalists Institute is a beacon of hope because:

Transforms Capitalism into an Inclusive and Humane Society

 Brings Democracy to The Workplace

 Facilitates Income Equality

It is dedicated to strengthening American democracy and

preserving the spirit of capitalism.

Why We Do It

Capital accumulation is the foundation for capitalism's survival. It happens when individuals and businesses can make informed investment decisions to reinvest their existing wealth. But when a mere 1.0% of businesses dominate the economy, like in the U.S., the market ceases to be competitive because dominant firms will restrain competition by:

1. Political influence, through lobbying efforts,

2. Creating market power and monopoly,

3. Pricing power,

4. Economic inequality, and

5. Discouraging innovation.

A dangerous imbalance emerges when sociopolitical and economic institutions fail to uphold laws, regulations, and standards that protect public interests and promote market competition. A 1.0% of corporations tighten their grip on the socioeconomic and political system to prevent the other 99% of businesses from completing.  This not only creates a two-tier economic system but also threatens the very fabric of our economy.

This imbalance prevents small businesses from entering the market with innovative product/service ideas and creates a significant hurdle for the American educated and skilled workforce. The dominance of a few corporations restricts job opportunities and limits our workforce's potential, calling for empathy and action.

Given the dire circumstances, we need a radical solution. We must create an innovative, forward-thinking, collaborative, and autonomous business structure that can resist the corporatists and save capitalism from their clutches.

This innovative structure must enable all businesses to compete with massive corporations and eliminate all barriers to market entry without the prospect of any business creating a monopoly or monopsony organization.

Fortunately, the knowledge and digital economy have enabled us to create the Dual Entity Membership Organization. This innovative solution holds the potential to serve all American small businesses and the educated and skilled workforce, offering a ray of hope in the fight against corporate dominance.

Why It Must Be Done

In an era defined by rapid technological advancements and economic inequality, investing in education has never been more crucial. The Edified Capitalist Institute exists to confront the flaws of traditional capitalism head-on, providing the tools and knowledge necessary to illuminate a better path forward. By advocating for a workforce that is educated, informed, and valued, we aim to bridge the gap between workers and decision-makers, fostering a more equitable and sustainable economic system. Now is the time to invest in your growth, challenge outdated systems, and build a future where success is accessible to everyone. Join us in reshaping capitalism and redefining opportunity.

Federal Reserve Bank of St Louis reported in February 2024 that the American Income Pie of one person representing the top 10% of families gets almost three-quarters of the pie. The following four people,
representing the next 40% of families, get almost a quarter of the pie. The final five people, representing the bottom 50% of families—or 65.5 million families share the crumbs, owning 2% of the total pie.

This trend is not expected to change, as shown below.
